Bassam Badran

Co-founder – Principal Architect

Bassam Badran co-founded Al Khaill Engineering Consultant in 2005, and is Managing Partner and Principal Architect at Al Khail Engineering Consultant . Bassam has a successful leadership track record of over 25 years with private practice in UAE. He is an effective coordinator and facilitator of team performance and has wide experience in a multidisciplinary context, with the ability to lead Technical and Administrative staff, to achieve a high Architectural Quality and profitable results.

Bassam takes on the design and supervision of substantive, high-end, and experimental projects. For Bassam, design is intuitive, yet based on a commitment to quality and solid research; these are the characteristics he fosters in Al Khail methodology. He has successfully executed numerous contracting, architectural, and interior design projects throughout the Gulf Region. The resulting projects speak for themselves.

Wael Al Machayekh

UK Branch Manager – Partner

Wael Al Machayekh has taken the lead in developing and implementing the strategic plan for the growth of Al Khail into a regional multi-disciplinary and multi-market leading architect and engineering firm.

Mr. Al Machayekh continues to be actively involved in the development of new business opportunities, harnessing strategic relationships and partnerships, and in breaking into new vertical and geographical markets.
